Hi there Healthy Chic.
I'm re reading NROLW and will attempt to start again. Check out the JP fitness forums. There is a link to a very cool NROLW calculator spreadsheet for calorie intake for easy/med/hard workout and the macro nutrient breakdown. You would really like it. If you can't find it let me know and I'll send the link over.

Hey Bekka! How are you? Glad to see you are back, I have missed you!

I am on Stage 3 of the NROL4W right now and really love the program. Haven't read the whole book but have read pieces. The matrix on Stage 3 workout A really burns my legs...what a great workout!

I have really begun to enjoy running, no 1/2 marathons in my future...lol! But have been running between 2 and 3 miles every other day!

Keep me updated on your lifting and progress!

Good luck!

Hardest thing in the world to bounce back after a set back, it really seperates the weak from the strong... I know I've fallen apart more than once on a program and never pulled myself back together... ah regrets...

ditto here.

Just got my NROLW today and started at the gym. I was craving beef after my workout, even after a protein drink. I had about 4 bites of my son's whopper. Oh well, at least I didn't inhale the whole burger :)
My son and I assembled the baby jogger. Hopefully all the kids will be well and we can go for a walk. Micah, my sixth has an cold and ear infection.

Great job on getting re-focused! Going to the gym at 8:30 is awesome. I like how you say a fast 3.5 miles, you are such a great motivator to me and my running. 3.5 miles to me seems so long....maybe someday I will think like you! Keep it up!

Brought my sweet peppers for a crunchy snack and a decaf sf ff latte. Didn't falter. Spent most of my time talking to a young mother with a new baby :) . We had a late dinner, kind of grab what you can. I splurged a little and had soy nut butter & sf jam on ww english muffin. Comfort food that's healthy.
So sorry about the Pats.

We go back to church at night, the kids have a fun program at night. I'm taking the change out of my purse so I don't wander by the vending machines. My other weakness. You can give me a swift kick if I falter here. I hoping that passing up our greatest temptations are most difficult at first and get easier as we see our successes???
